Associate Engagement

When a promotional program is sold to a category manager or merchandiser, it doesn’t always ensure that the program will be communicated or supported at the store level. At the end of the day, if the POS doesn’t go up in-store or a store associate can’t explain a program to a customer, the program will probably not be successful. RGI’s goal is to integrate associate communication with the overall plan to ensure success at the store level.
